Tilda has filed a complaint
Tilda has informed me that this post is, in her words, “an editorial violation of ze highest order.” She has lodged a formal complaint in her leather journal.
She is right. This is Crumb Canvas, and I’m about to mention something that has nothing to do with cake.
I work in two worlds — one in the light, the other in the dark. The dark one has taken flight. The Last Waltz, a murder mystery set in a Gothic manor in the British countryside won the Project Proposals track at the Dreamina AI International Animation Conference at the 66th Annecy International Animation Film Festival. Feature film conversations are happening. It’s consuming.

I haven’t abandoned Crumb Canvas. The longer I’m away, the more I miss it. The flour dust. The troublemaking. Those earnest little investigations that somehow matter more than they should.
I’ll be back. After all, someone has to keep an eye on the Crumbkins.
This is the last time I’ll mention The Last Waltz here. Tilda has made her position clear, and I value my standing in Custard Cove too much to risk a second complaint.
I'm always thinking of Crumb Canvas. If things go well later this year, I hope to have something in mind you might like.
